Andrew Keen: I feel like there's a parallel here with just sort of just business education in general is that there are a lot of misconceptions about it. You don't actually know what it's like until you're in there doing it or talking to these people like you were. And it seems like that you took a very sort of anthropological approach to this and like really understanding the behavior and the cultures that these people were building alongside the company. Well, it was all intuitive on my part. It was not something that I thought about, but basically in order for me to feel confident when I'm writing, I find writing very hard.
