The Role of Motivational Interviewing in Weight Loss
One paper looked at motivational interviewing specifically in weight loss and found sort of less efficacious or not efficacious I guess if I'm being very specific. MI is a good tool particularly for primary care providers when you're one-on-one with a patient and the patient has a lot of ambivalence towards change where I think it's a great tool to use.
