What's Your Back Story?

At Yammer, it was just like this is the way we want to do our jobs. And then mode came around as a way to say, hey, you know, let's solve our own problems for other people and see how it goes. Can you tell us an inspiring data story and a frustrating data story? I think you could draw from a bunch of things where it's like Instagram was about to fail and they looked at their data and they pivoted to being Instagram.
