Amioderone as an Adjunct to CPR in the Treatment of Ventricular Arrhythmias With a Pulse

Amioderone becomes a pretty big heavyweight favorite in the refractory ventricular arrhythmias with a pulse so matt take lead off on this section here for us. I don't think we have definitive data that would put one drug over the other or data that would move the drugs out as far as recommendation goes these are clearly recommended as adjuncts to other things that we know are better saving lives.
