Do You Know How to Do a Score Live?
We bought an electric violin for Tim and we tuned this thing down a fourth. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to do this. It was not obvious. But performing the score live, it's such a heightened experience because we made a print of the movie with the score completely removed. So there's this sense of it's being made anew but at the same time I want it to feel like a seamless experience.
