The EU's Indo-Pacific Forum
Fimbah attended the second annual Indo-Pacific forum organized by the European Union. China wasn't invited and official reason is that China doesn't recognize these various Indo-Pacific frameworks, he says. Ukraine also loomed over a lot of this as well according to Fimbah. Some countries are very close to China while others have more hawkish views on the matter.
