What Are the Benefits of Isometric Training?

Isometric training doesn't have the centric component in there, which we get with traditional strength training. You can produce much higher forces during anisometric muscle action than you can during a dynamic muscle action. The other benefit is that everyone has sticking points during certain exercises. But as as i mentioned earlier, and as I restated, it isn't a substitute for your standard resistance training. Co some amazing stuff in there. So thank you very much.
