Is There Scientific Support for the Focus on Coal?
i think there is some scientific justification for the focutino, the more immediate focus on coal. And i think it's clear that if you don't tackle coal this decades, then it becomes extremely difficult to stay below one point five degrees. If you don't cut omissions over all, but particularly from coal this decade, effectively, you either give up on one point 5 degrees, or you rely on massive deployment of negative missions.
