Is There a China-Pakistan War?

An India-Pakistan war in the future is more likely than an Indian-China war. The Chinese have lost all control of Pakistan, and the Pakistanis will now do whatever their American masters tell them. What would provoke a country to use nukes, nuclear weapons according to you? Does our nuclear doctrines response change from nation to nation? And is it about time for us to change over no first strike policy?
