One of my favorite implementations actually started out really rough. The company had tried several times before i came on, unsuccessfully to get them on board with service now. And so they had a leadership change that opened the door for us to come back in and try one more time when it comes to implementation. I'm some of the biggest win have come from really more from building trust and confidence than any of the solutions. But really it's that relationship that keeps things goingts.
