Will to Power

Nietzsche believed that everything was will to power. He rejected Lord Acton's famous saying that absolute power corrupts absolutely. The problem comes when people who have been made worse by being oppressed and persecuted then take the reins of power. They express all of their inner weakness and desire for revenge, right? And what is the first thing they do with it? They manifest that because that's what they are and what they've become.
