I Need People to Be Gracious to Me

i'm under often under a lot of rea people on line go after me as funny, i just finished recording a podcast, the bulwark podcast. So i get under fire sometimes, and sometimes it gets really nasty and personal. I need people to be gracious to me. A couple of years ago, or about a year ago, some peopled really gone after me,. It was getting to me in a way that i was lashing out at people inappropriately. And his response, what response, was to not engage and to just reach out as a friend and say, let's just get away. His is what i want to get to were all of us need that patience,
