Juliana: For feature requests, we add them as a ticket in linear. So reed and others on the go to market team will add like, customer snippets of like this prospect, like, asked for this. This is their use case. And then just one tactical thing that i love about the future request system that juliana set up also, so that engineering has a visibility. It's a very small thing, but i think it's made a prettygoo difference in terms of visibility.
