Denise: One of the things I talk about in the book is being self-referential instead of being externally referential. Jason: When you're in the unknown and you're in that roller coaster, like, I don't know what I'm doing and blah, blah, blah,. You can have these moments of clarity where you say, "I'm learning a new skill"
