How to Get Back on That Exercise Band Wagon
If you fall out of your exercise routine, try to get back on it the next day. Make a calendar and mark off when you're going to start exercising again. Start with small things like walking to the mail box or jogging down the block. You can also do five-day streaks in order to keep yourself motivated.
