Um, You Know, the Net Interest Margin Is Like, Um, It's Not Very Long Term
The number of years that they have is fairly short compared to other things like houses. Having a very high interest rate means that more of the interest of the total payments that you get overall is interest and it's paid faster than having some lump sum at the end like a bond. They're just significantly less at risk to uh interest rate stuff than we talked about with other things.
