Corpora Travel Managements Acquisition - Is It a Buyout?
The company did four billion dollars in total transaction value in two thousand and nineteen, which will add about sixty per cent to corpora travel managements business. Management thinks that after they a sort of combine the two businesses, they'll be able to get an additional twenty five million dollars per year out of this acquisition. The cost to acquire this business would be about four point three times last year's profits. So pretty good valuation....
