The former president is expected to have his fingerprints taken but at this point it's not clear if you'll also go through the traditional mugshot there are concerns within law enforcement that that could be leaked in violation of state law. The media organizations including Sienna and have been pushing to get this indictment unsealed more quickly than that citing the enormous public interest in these charges.
