Max Shrem: We're based in Vienna and usually we're working out of Vienna but as always with a lot of people from abroad, when most of our team, we have 20 people. Most are basically everybody's in the office generally but there is then more, you know, if you're having a European team there needs to be more flexibility about being home and flying home and so on. Sure, and out of topic, I want to say congratulations to the people that writes noise blog posts. They are so well written and organized and they give background for complicated legal issues. And sometimes when we read about legal judgments or legal issues that's complicated. So congratulations.
