We came together in we said, he this was, these are the four, four or five values we want the burnartin. Agility was one. Trust was another. Ivoation was another and push the boundary on what ethe sine can do. And so i wo were no going back to that not star exercise. The problem isa, no one remembers the values. You start imbibing values. It's easy to get sucked into the "technology" side of things when it comes to improving the effectiveness and scaling up data teams, but, much to Tim's dismay, shoring up the people, process, and culture is often just as (if not more) critical. So, sure, we can talk about the modern data stack, but what about the modern data CULTURE stack?
