Webb will be able to tell us about the atmospheres of other worlds, so xo planets theyre called. And this is a field that didn't even exist when webb was being up. We hadn't even discovered the first exa planets. But it turns out that web, with its infra red eyes, is really great at looking at the light passing through the Atmospheres of these planets. If there's a rocky world that has methane and water in its atmosphere and there's clouds, hey, could that be like earth? And we haven't had that before?
