Is There Love and Light in Here?

I don't even know what's the process to move from feeling such a sense of hatred to, wait, there's love and light in here. I just need to intentionally find it. When your dad said that, how did you process all of this at such a young age? I think that there's so many of us. It's not my lived experience, but I try to even put myself in your shoes just a little bit.
