The day is divided into like five naps with periods of wakefulness between them equidistant and they did study this. When I was working I would regularly have hard crashes around 2-3 p.m. and just be absolutely useless for an hour hour and a half and feel miserable. Now that I am not regularly working I will often take little almost naps I'd usually don't quite fall asleep but you know just lay down for 20-25 minutes recharge and it is absolutely wonderful, everybody should be able to do this with their lives.
