Sally Kohn: IBM in the 80s was the bluest of blue chip companies. You went on to work at Boeing, Lotus, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch. She says she could have been even more successful if not for systemic racism. Kohn: I think what I'm feeling super optimistic about these days is that people are much more open around recognizing white privilege and institutional racism.
