Georgia put a 2019 law that in effect bans abortions after the sixth week of pregnancy. Georgia has 82 counties with no OBGYN, 18 counties with no family family practicing doctor and nine counties without a physician at all. "I am the only candidate right now who has the likelihood of being able to reverse and repeal this law," Kemp says.
