What Does Sustainability Mean for You?
The coffee is special to me we produced 30 kilos last year and we only roasted 15 of them because the other half was not so good but I gotta say it's delicious. It's a very Ethiopian variety so the trees are different than what's common in Colombia and that's why it's so fruity lovely. So let me ask you what sustainability means for you I mean we've touched on it briefly but if you could like sum it up in a short sentence can I rather say tell a little story yeah let's do that um great no.
