Being clear and consistent on your objectives, if it's very clear your strategic or financial. The second is have an underlying way of working that's much deeper than just venturing. So I'll break out, there's food and beverage investing, and there's tech investing. But if we're clear in our goal and we stay consistent on investing to support that goal, it has a lot of success.
