The Difference Between Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

An AGI will be able to do anything that human cognition could do. But you wouldn't force it to go down a certain path, just because that's what you wanted to do. This, I think, fits into Pat D'Aproles' point of view about goals that a real AGI would add at minimum. Would have to select its own theories and be able to learn from multiple theories - not just one.
