Eye Tracking and Phonic Memory
Eye tracking is sometimes used in testing children's ability to remember. It can tell you exactly like within a couple of millimeters where the eyes are looking so for babies this is great and children but even if you can't talk it's still really great. Eye tracking has been used to show that babies as young as six months already know words they already know like object words like dog bottle nose. And eye tracking allows us to see that when we ask them to look at something or if you say a word that's on the screen adults can be tricky because they might not bother looking at their thing.
