So it ain't just one thing. You know, as you say, movement is life, and its balance. We have to have balance in the body,. which creates balance in the tem so then people can think more clearly. Because thought is another movement. And throughout that, the whole element of noticing is you you ar there's an action, and there's a thought behind the action, and what does that feel like? And you connect it altogether.
