NATO has had air superiority for 30 years over anywhere it was going to fight. And so those sort of medium range counter cruise and counter air, Sam systems are just not something we've invested in. So there aren't very many of them, which means that as you look at how many could be pushed to Ukraine quickly, the question very quickly becomes how quickly can you make them?
