Buying Your Own Home

If you're in a market where there's no movement in the next five years versus spending your rating grand and getting into a market that's got better growth opportunities, that's when you move ahead. If I can live in the house that I own, or that I'm paying off as part of the rent, that's my idea. And if as long as you know the pros and cons, I'm actually all for going and buying your own home to live in. But people go in with the wrong focus or attitude towards it.
