The Tricellarians and the Cosmos

I think the art of war is about not doing exactly what your enemy thinks you're going to do, right? Well, the problem is that humanity at this point doesn't consider tricellar, so you could be an enemy anymore. Like it seems like they had swung very hard into believing dark forest theory and then started to depart from it. They talk about maybe the tricellarians have this cosmic persecution. And I think this is sort of a final blow for them, is that they realize that they have enemies in sight and out of sight.
