i think that this labelling of good and bad is one type of labelling. When we say something like, i am sad, there's no space for anything else. There's no space if i am angry with my partner or with my spouse. If that emotion is all enveloping, there'sno space for who do i want to be in this interaction? What are my values right now? Yes, i'm angry with this person, but what is the greater goal of how i want to come to this relationship?
