Ix: I've been working on developing the career path for my team. We haven't moved from ok, what if you want to go into management? That's that step too. None of those are management. Those are all individual contributor rolls. For a number of projects, i'm one of the bigest things for me right now is enabling my team to be better at what they're doing. A lot of it's been just making sure that they have the tools and equipment that they need. So standardizing some of the processes across the team,. Making them more efficient and more able to do their work without a lot of behind the scene stuff getting in the way.
