I'm in the midst of building a practice around that so that like in 2023 I will have an executive coaching arm because I really want to start helping individuals get better. Chris Voss has a great book called Never Split the Difference and he teaches all those basic you know interrogation skills that I use every single day it make a great executive coach. How do we actually reframe quality of software as opposed to quality being inspected output to the quality of the input? That's kind of where I'm headed with my with my in progress for me is now about helping others who are in the who are in that driver's seat and almost like the help I wish I had when I was there
