That programme is pretty good. I've been doing carries and sled pools each day, and my legs have felt great. As the first two weeks have no extra squatting. And historically, weight lift are always pushing for higher squat numbers and perform heavy pulls. Do you feel that progress can be made without tons of extra squats and pulls, by substituting these with some sled and carry work, along with more focus on the lift? Ander, i believe that exactly.
