The Importance of Restraint

I'm always preaching this, like restraint. Don't give them everything they want when they want it. Sometimes most of the time, those people, what they think they want, they don't really want it. Like an example, Sonic the Hedgehog. Everyone was not, you know, most people weren't happy with how the, the, the character looked. And I think everyone was kind of right. But for that one example, we're paramount and the director and everybody listened to it and changed the look of the character. It's a delicate dance. We tell the story. What do you talk to them?
