The Problem With Bibelism

Biblicism is a problem for different reasons. It ignores the work of the Holy Spirit and how He's been working throughout history, which no Christian would want to do. Maybe another reason it's problematic is because it's typically falling into the habit of repeating old heresies. All Christians know we're supposed to be humble, but it looks rather prideful to say, I'm just going to start over. We can call it chronological snobbery or arrogance.
