The purpose of LLM for language understanding it is doing okay in terms of what it is designed for and that should stay that way. I'm excited to definitely see more coming from Cori Eyes as far as how you're utilizing LLMs and all that kind of stuff in the platform. 99 times out of 100 the LLM may classify an intent accurately but once it might not which is fine in terms of an NLU model identifying intent but is it fine from the point of view of generating customer facing content?
