What's the Worst Case Bioterror Attack?

I think if there's anything that's underestimated as a future threat it's bioterrorism. I hope the Rich World governments really get together and focus some of their spending on dealing with that. What does the worst case bioterror attack look like? Well say smallpox which has been fully eradicated if somehow that was recreated. The death rate from that is 50 times higher than it was from COVID. So it's so mind-blowingly tragic that it's good to take precautions. That helps me see how we can use the latest digital technology for the work of the Gates Foundation.
