The extreme example, or more clinical example, would be someone who has, like drama, post dramatic stress disorder. And so the only mechanism that they feel they have at their disposal is to avoid,. and to move themelves so far out of their body that they are like almost 100 % disconnected with it. But in our case, we try to train this more resilient response to be associated with these things that we know are common stressers for people. So that therefore we can then increase over all sense of well being.
