Deterministic Forecasts in the Agile World
It's funny when we're asked to give a forecast whether 85, 85% tell some people are really nervous about that, right? Cause they're nervous even about the 15% probability. So it's kind of a perspective of how we perceive it in our way. And that, I mean, 85% has somehow become very normal for people to talk about but you're absolutely right. You could go to the 95th, could go to 70% or 50%. It's a question of how much risk are you willing to take.
