The Evolution of the Low Touch Sales Model
Do you think the low touch sales model could have worked maybe 30, 40 years ago or do you think it's something unique to how people buy today? We were founded in 2002 basically at the advent of AdWords. And so AdWords was a way for us to reach segments of the market where we weren't physically and where we could market to customers at kind of the point of discovery or the point of pain that they were trying to identify. E-commerce was a way that we're distributing our products online through the internet.
