Tara: People often ask me well what's the difference between the inner critic and good critical thinking or being realistic right because sometimes the answer is I'm not qualified or no customers don't want that new product. So I point people to look at the tone of the voice in your head to distinguish are you hearing the inner critic? Tara: It might have some of the same concerns as the inner critic but it talks to you about them in a productive and much more calm way than the inner critic.
