The Frequency of Gratitude

Think of something in your life that you feel grateful for. It could be a beloved pet, your health, or a person, or a teacher. And just allow yourself to tune your heart to that frequency of gratitude and thanks. From this higher frequency, it's easier to tap into another frequency, which I'll call the frequency of presence or awakeness.
