Don't get intimidated by video and the there's no need to. The first thing that you need to know is just know your avatar deeply. You got to know it. Like, what's the emotional pain that leads them to becoming a customer of yours? And how can you put it in like, a story, and then use that story for all sorts of suf i mean, if you want to hire an actor to do that after you write up that story, awesome. If you don't have anymon to pay anybody, you can definitely do this kind of stuff on your own. I think it's more effective to use a customer, like a stand in for a customer.
