The interdoing level of our organization, it's one of the things that were most proud of. And i know keith ferazi has come up with this term co elevation or code development. I've read his book on that, leading without authority and co elevation, you know. But there's something else therere there's thee's. Those seem to serve it. The art of pospective taking is what these impact players really practise. They can get out of their own head; they can get into other people's heads. What does the world look like through this person's lend?
