LN: I'm interested in kind of the view of subsidiarity, because you've talked about it can't just happen at a municipal level. But then also in terms of non-state actors, right? So we don't need to, you know, oftentimes that's portrayed as that's like the capitalist firm. LN: There are some things where international action is simply necessary and others where it comes back to a philosophical question on who is impacted by this decision.
