The Power of Running
I have really been in my body in a bad way. Health anxiety wise lately. And so pushing myself out of it has been really nice. I thank you for your support. So anyway that's been a fun thing for me lately. Well these last couple of runs have been incredibly easy. We did the first week and they are incredibly. They're really short short like interval runs. Like when I do this stuff I'm like I can literally do anything for a minute. Yeah. Okay maybe I'm amazing at running then. But they we've literally been doing. Maybe it's true.
